Leadership Coaching Platform



The Brief
Glow is a newly launched leadership coaching startup focused on communication 
and teamwork. The challenge was not only to define its visual identity from scratch but also to successfully introduce the platform to the public.

The goal was to create a cohesive brand experience that translates seamlessly 
from digital assets to on site brand activation, engaging potential users directly in 
a physical space.


The Solution
The visual identity centers on the core philosophy of "Asking Why." I developed a dynamic visual system that encourages self-reflection, using flexible motifs to represent the expanding potential of individuals.

This identity was applied seamlessly across all touchpoints, from digital apps to physical pop-up booths. To ensure the design's effectiveness, I participated in the on-site brand activation. Observing and engaging with the audience directly allowed me to validate that the visual identity successfully captured attention and built a strong initial fandom in a crowded exhibition environment.
